Peter ukuver and Charles w. ukcker, Esquiros,
Associate Judges of the Court of Common Pleas of the
County of Monroe, and by virtue of their otfices, Justices
of th Court of Oyer and Terminer and General Jail
delivery and Court of General Quarter Sessions in and
for tho said County ot Monroe, have tssuea tneir precept
to me commanding that a Court of Quarter Sessions of
the Peace and Common PIsas, and Court of Oyer and
Terminer and General Jail Delivery and Orphan's
Court, for the said County of Monroe, to be holden at
Stroudsburg, on
MONDAY, the 2oth day of FEERUARY, 1876,
to continue one week, if necessary.
