of holiling the Regular Terms of the several
Courts of Monroe County, in the State of Penn
sylvania: And now, May 29th, 1873, this being the
first term of the Court held in Monroe county
after the passage of the Act of Assembly "de
signating the J udicial Districts of the Common
wealth, &c, &. f it is now ordered and direc
ted that the time of holding the regular terms
of the several courts in and for said county,
shall be the
FOURTH MONDAYS
of FEBRUARY, MAY, SEPTEMBER, and
DECEMBER, in each year to continue one
week, if necessary, subject to be enlarged
modified or changed as now provided by law!
