ing House and the neighboring burial place,
it is found that the said land was deeded for
the sale and seperate use and benefit of the
members and congregation of the Raptist
Church aforesaid; and
Whereas, The undersigned has been
authorized and requested by the Trustees of
the said grant of bind, to insist on the complain
of all persons with the express terms of the
original Deed of the said land,
Therefore, Notice is hereby given that in
future, deceased perse ns not imkntilied with
the aforesaid church r.r congregation may not
be hurried on the said grant without" previous
pcrmi.-sion from the Tru tees, any and all per
