An Act to prevent Ball Playing
'on the streets.
' Sec. 1. le it ordained by the Chief
Eargcss and Couocilmen of the Borough
of Stroudsburg, and it is hereby enacted
by authority of the same, that ball play-
iog, tossiog or throwing in the streets of
the Eorough of Stroudsburg, is hereby
prohibited under a penalty of One Dol
lar fine for each and every offence ; to be
imposed by the Chief Eurgess or any
Justice of the Peace of the Borough of
Stroudsburg. The fiue to go to the gen
eral fund lor Borough purposes.
