nuts its fragrance; the action or" a flame de
stroys thrs, i?s active principle, leaving a
dam and glutinous decoction. Aline is the
color of ingredients. The Buchu in my pre
paration predominates: the smallest of the
other ingredients are added, to prevent fer
mentation; upon inspection, it will be found
not to be u Tincture, as made in Pharmao
pasa, nor is it a Syrup and therefore can be
used in ca-es where fever or inflammation
