and it is hereby enacted by the authority, of
the Kimc, that from and after the passage
of this ordin nice, il shall not be lawful - for
any person, or persons, to obstruct any of the
streets, bines', alley?, or- sidewalks of the
said borough, with chicles of any kind,
lumber, log.", cordwood, boxes, barrels, brick,
stones, dirt, sand, or with any other materia!
