ADDRESS TO THK NERVOUS AND
Debilitated, whose sufferings have been
protracted from hidden causes', and " whose
cases require prompt treatment to rendei
existence desirable: If yon are sullerit!!?,

what c fleet does it produce upon your gene
ral health! Do you teel weak, tlchilit.ited,
racily tired! Does a Jitilc extra exertion
produce palpitation o! the heart! Does your
Jivcr, or urinary organs, or your kidneys,
frequently get o-it of order! Is your urine
fcomctiincs thick, milky,- or Uucky, or is ii
ropy on settling! Or. docs a thick rcum

Ijollom after it has sioud awhile! Do yen
have ppells of thort breathing or dyspepsia !
Arc your bowels cons! ipat cd t Do you have
hpclU of faint tug, or rushes of blood to the
head! Is your meni'iry impaired! Is your
mind constantly dwelling ujiori Wih subject!
Do you feci dull, lisllcs--, moping, tired of
company, of life! Do ytu wish to be left
clone, to get away fr. in every! ody! Doos
any litl'o thing make you start or jump ? Is
your sleep broken or restless? Is the lustre
of your eye as brill in nt! Tin? bloom on your

melancholy! If f-, do not lay it to your
liver ordyspopsij. liave you rentiers nights !
Your back weak, your knees weak, and have
but little appetite, and you attribute tins to
dyspepsia or liver-complaint !
Now, reader, nell'-abusc, venereal diseases
ldly cured, and sexual excesses, arc all
capable of producing a weakness of the gen
erative organs. The organs or generation,
when in perfect health, make flic man. D'd
you ever think that those bold, defiant, en
ergetic, persevering, successful busincss
inon are always those whose generative or
jjns arc in perfect health! You never
hear no such men complain of Icing melan
choly, of ncrrousncs., of palpitation of the
heart. They arc never afraid they cannot
succeed in business; they don't-become cad
and discouraged; they arc always polite and
pleasant in the company of ladies, and look
you and ihcm right in the face none of
your downcast looks or any other meanness
about them. I do not mean those who keep
the organs inflated by running to excess.
These will not only ruin their constitutions,
but also those they do business with or for.
How many men, from badly-cured dis
eases, from the effects of sclf-abu;c and ex
cesses, hate, brought abont that state of
weakne.-s in those organs that has reduced
the general sy&tcm so much as to induce al
most every other disease idiocy, lunacy,
paralysis, spinal affections, tuicidc, and al
most every other form of disease which hu
manity is heir to, and the real cause of the
trouble scarcely ever suspected, and have
doctored for all but the riht one.
Diseases of these organs rcqtiirc the use
of a Diuretic. HELM HOLD'S FLUID EX
TRACT DUCHU is the great Diuretic, and
is a certain cure for diseases of the liladdcr,
Kidneys, (.J ravel, Dropsy, Organic Weak
neat, Female Complaints, Ucncral Debility,
and all diseases of the Urinary Organs,
whether cxi&iing in Male or Female, from
whatever cause originating, and no matter
of how long standing.
If no treatment is submitted to, Consump
tion or Insanity may ensue. Our flesh and
Mood arc supported from these sources, and
the health and happiness, and that of Pos
terity, depends upon prompt use ot a relia
ble remedy.
