At a meeting of the Board of Directors
held Tuesday, the 19th iust., a dividend
of Eight (8) per cent was declared on the
Capital Stock, payable by John N: Stokes,
Deputy Treasurer, on and after January
15th, 1866. The transfer books will be
closed from January 1st, to January 8th,
inclusive.
The following was unanimously passed.
Resolved, That this dividend will not
bo declared upon any shares of Stock
which are not paid for prior to January
1st, next.
