The act of Congress approved March the 3d, 1855, grants 160 acres of land to all per gous who have been in service over 14 days jn any of the wars in which this Country has been engaged since 1790, and also to the Soldiers of the Revolutionary war, without respect to length of service, or to their wid ows or minor heirs.
