kind there. I found everything, as far

right. There's no use of euppresising the
name; all of us know that 'Squire
Steel. was the Secretary. I examined
the books, but didn't let him
know for what purpose. After I got
through I asked him, and he told me he
bad never received one cent for the
work. He had done It all gratuitously,
and so far as their. books ghee that is
their answer too. I think I know how a
set of books should bo kept. I make
this statement in Justice to Squire Steel,
who has been named In connection with
the Secretaryship.
I think this act should be approved
and the Commission given the money to
finish their work.

issued to any person or persons, in the
