were confirmed Saturday morning,
when they learned that between Lour
and five o'clock an entrance from a back
window, which had been insecurely fas
tened. was effected. The money drawer
broken - open and about seven dollars
taken therefrom in postal currency . and
postage stamps. In the door of the safe
a hole had been drilled and was ea
plotted, but did not succeed In effecting
a further entrance where they might
have been liberally rewarded for their
wielted Iniquity. :Some underclothing
was all the goods known to have been
stolen. A polloeroan, making • the dis
covery, found the.* had escaped through
the roar windows and thence out a back
alloy. The parties are evidently profee
atonal burglars, and the marks indicate
the Name tools having been used that
were used at McClure's, on Liberty street,
a short time ago. It Is hoped they will
be brought to justice.

Miss Susan B. Anthony Is the BIN

orises more executive talent and clay
