sited Saratoga trunk in Nov. 1869. from
alstaUon on the Nest Penn Rallread do
Indiana township to Allegheny city, con

and this action was brought to recover

The plaintliTs proved the delivery of
the goods to the defendants, by submit
ting a bill of lading, and also proved a
demand and that the goods had not
been delivered. Mr. Hampton, counsel
for the defendants, moved to strike out

piastre; did not agree. The declaration
of plaintiffs upon which they sought to
