The minutesof the last meeting were
read and approved.
The monthly report of the Principal of
the High School was read and ordered to
be filed.
The monthly report of the Superin
tendent was read and ordered to be filed.
The Secretary reported that warrants
were drawn on the 'treasurer to the
amount of $18,478,30 during the preced
bag month.
Mr. Humbert, from the Committee on
Rules and Regulations, reported the tot

found them correct.
