About the 30th of last mouth a new

The new well on the H. McClintock
farm is now yielding forty to fifty bar
rels daily—an increase of ten to twenty
barrels.
Laud week • new twenty barrel well
was struck on the Hydekooper farina

the precinct us black in color ilkerthat of
the other wells on the farm, but there
are Indicedons that this well will pro-
duce some green oil. Day before yea
terday there was struck a new eighty
barrel green oil well on the C. Clark
farm, rppor Cherry rue.
A pipe doe was recently laid between
the producing district ou West Hickory
creek and White Oak station, on the Oil
Creek and Allegheny River Railway, A
diicance of steed four miles. The yield
on Upper West Hickory meek is about
barrels daily. This is a very fair
yield, considering the number of wells
that have been completed and the new
ness of the territory. Several wells on
the creek will be tested within the next
two weeks.
