SEC. 1. Be it ordained and enacted by thetielect
and Common- ()outwits of the City of Allegheny,
and it is hereby enacted by the authority of tits
same, That the Sewer Commission be, aoa they
are hereby authorized and directed to invite and
receive proposals tor the construction of a Sewer
located as follows: on Haz'ep's alley, from
Fairmont street to North Avenue. and to con
tract therefor with the lowest and best bidder or
bidders, at their discretion.
That as awn as the cost and expenses
of said Sewer smell be fully ascertained, the same
shall be levied, assessed and collentsd as provi
ded for, by an Act of Assembly of the uommon
wealth of Pennsylvania, entitled 'a supplement
to a supplement of the fourth section ut an act
entitled au "Act relating to Allegheny City,' ap.
proved March 24, A. D. 1889.
SEC. 4. That so much of any ordinance as may
conflict with, or be supplied by the foregoing, be
and the same is hereby repealed.
