New York it seems has turned bearish again, and- as a consequence has been selling - freely, in view of breaking the market, and thus far their effirts have been attended with considerable success; while on the \other hand, Pittsburgh has been buying, on prices have got, down so low that re finers can buy all the oil they want to cover their contracts at better figures than they can mace it. Compared with last week, refined has declined meter'. "ally, and crude also is weak and lower,. though it is still ralatlyely higher than re fined. The market, compared with yesterday. , was more active with a larger volume of business in the aggregate, and while the feeling was somewhat "btarish" yet prices remain substantially unchanged. Sales 1,000 spot at 3134 and private dis c,- patches report that this was offered for a cargo; 1,000 September to December at 82g: 1.000 do do, at 32g; 1,000 do .32g; and 500 do at same figure. (WIDE. Sales 1,000 bbls spot at 14%; 1,000 sel ler 30 days at 14%; 1,000 seller August at 14%; '2,000 do at 14%; and 3,000 do at $5,80 on cars at Venango City, which is about the same as 1434 here.
