Street mutt Washington Avenue.
Stic.l. Be it ordained and enacted by the Se
lect and Common C'OttfiCtia of the City of Alte•
gheny, and it enacted by the authority
hereby
Of the same, bat the committee. n Streets be,
and they are hereby authorized and dbected to
invite and receive Proposals for the Graving and
PEMILK of t.liartiers street as aforesaid, and to
contract the seem with the lowest and best bidder
or bidders, at their - discretion.
SEC. 4. That for the purpose of defraying the
-test ano expenses of said improvements, there be.
