—A shooting affray occurred on the
steamer Rubicon while lying at Helena on
Saturday, between a stock drover named
Perry Nagle and the - mate of the Rubicon,
the bullet from Nagle's pistol Passing
through both cheeks of the mate as he was
trying to escape, inflicting a severe, but not
dangerous wound., Nagle remained about
the boat some time, but was not arrested.
