tendent of Patine Printing to advertise for pro
voila, for supplying the State with printing and
bill paper, approved April tenth, Anno Domini
one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.
Section I. Be it enacted by the Senate and House
of lisipresentatives of the Commonwealth of Penn
sylvania, In General Assembly met, and It is hereby
enacted by the authority of the same, That hereaf
ter the personae persons bidding Itor the contract
for furnishing the State with paper, as provided in
the act approved April- tenth, Anno Domini one
thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.f be re
quired to execute a bond to the Common t wealth,
W ith at least two saWcient sureties. In the sum of
I ten thousand dollars, conditioned for the faithful
performance of the contract so allotted, which said
