No dividendi have been made. A small amount of tolls has been collected and applied on the road in keeping it in repair. Therehas been 84,700 expended in repairs and improvements, in addition to the tolls, for which sum the company is now ih debted to its creditors. • ' At the present time no tolls are collected on the One of the improvements made by the Company, a long stone embed culvert and heavy embankment, la estimated' by the Stockholders as being worth $3;000.
