Are now finished and in operation., Sixty miles of
track have been laid this spring, and the work along
the whole line between the Atlantic and Pacific
States is being pushed forward more ranidly than
ever before. More than twenty thousand men are
employed, and it is not impossible that the entire
track, from Omaha to Sacramento, will be finished
in 1669 instead of 1810. The means providedare
ample, and all that energy, men and money can do
to secure the completion of this

treasury, and make no appeal to the public to pur
clutse their Bonds, as the daily Subscriptions are-en
tirely satisfisctory; but they submit that, for entire
security and liberal returns, there is certainly no
better investment in the market. •
