earnings of the road shall be applied to such Pay
ment.
The Union Mettle Bonds are for $l,OOO each, and
have coupons attached. They have thirty years to
run, and bear annual interest, payable on the first
days of January and Linty, at the Company's Office
in the City of. Noir York, at tlie rate of Ali per cent.
