The Meniphis Bulletin, of Monday,
says; The steamer Milbrey, lying at oar
landing, was discovered to be on are about
three o'clock , yesterday morning, and -"be

stroyed the texas and pilot-hous, besides
damaging the cabin tro a considerable ex
tent. The fire is supposed-to have been'
the work of an incendiary. The Milbrey
