Saturday, against James Richey, for
breach of the peace. It appears that the
parties are neighbors, residing at Glendale
Station, P. Ft. W. & C. R. R., and . a few
days since a difficulty occurred at,be Sta
tion House fn referenda to a bag of oats
which the prosecutor says wascarned away
from the station without his permission.
During the difficulty it is alleged that
Richey threatened to kill the prosecutor
and called him abnsive names. A warrant
was Issued for his arrest.

constable, on Saturday, arrested Henry
Breckerman Thomas Raisers and Mat
Peterson, girocers, doing business in the
