The District Attorney, Mr. Schnell,-
Ty, moved In the matter, whereupon the
Court directed the Sheriff to . bring in
the prisoners. Upon being asked if ;
they were ready far trial, Shaw and '
Britten, by their counsel, :N.10.4.5rd. 'Nay-
ford and Boyle, said they were ready.

and Cunnard, by his counsel. Col. Camp
bell, did likewise.
The extreme youthfulness of the pris
oners could not but attract the attention
of every one present, Shaw, the oldest,
being Lordly twenty-thin; and withal a(

Britton and Shaw together, the defense

then proceeded to arraign the prisoner..
