mitted to jail, in default of flan boll, for
his appearaace at Court.
Surety of the Peace.---Clara Walton
yesterday made information before Al
derman Strain, against Ellmbetlt
ner, for surety of the - peace. The par
ties reside In Mansfield, in the locality
designated as "Whisky Row." Mrs.
-Walton alleges that the defendant used
Insulting and abusive language toward
her. A warrant was issued for her ar
rest.
