John Fox made an information before
Alderman McMaster", against Joseph
Fisher, Saturday, charging him. with
larceny by bailee.' The facts of tho ease,
which, AT as 'stated to us, would indicate
Fisher to be guilty' f hat worst of all

had been committed to the county jail
for some ',misdemeanor, . and about tho
time his term' expired, Fox was also
