Indictment.. charging him with /teeth/
two sliver watches, the property of James
Jones and David Davis, Welshmen, from
hoarding house In South Pittsburgh. The

and being subm i tted to a Jury, a verdict of
guilty was returned on both indictments,.
The Court sentenced the prisoner to tour
months imprisonment in the county Jail.

Andrew Jackson Brown, indictment aggra
vated assault and battery, Joseph Penrod
prosecutor. The parties are coal minors, a
“grudge" existed between them, anfron an
