actions being somewhat reetricted, but we
suppose,this may be accounted for to part,
at least, by the extreme cold weather,
which, undoubtedly has a tendency to re
tard out-door operations. The transactions
in all of the leading commodities are very
light, being conflned altogether to supply
ing the immediate wants of consumers, and
dealers, while, so far as values are con
cerned, there are no changes worthy of
