A sad accident occurred ou Friday last,
about half past one - o'clock, p.m., rit. the Mer
chants Mlii of Mr. Caleb Brbaton, at Chadds'
ford, on the Brandywine, about seven miles
south. of West Chester. A portion rif, the
brick wall tell to the ground, above the third
floor, letting down several, thousand bushels
of wheat which were stored in the garners.
The wall was of brick twenty-two inches
