The next case was that of Win. Loughry, In
dicted for assault and battery, on oath of Pat
tick Kearny. Our readers will remember
that on the night ofJune last, Patrick
j Kearney, the prosecutor, bad a very large
sized disturbance 'with the Harrington's. the
Lonutirey's and some other parties to Church
alley, near Sixth street.. The fact of the ease

the only thing that was clearly ascertained,
being the Lict that Kearney got the worst of
