They either contributed to pack Committees for the purpose of strangling prope.-legislation, or dodged when divisions 1 involving measures of serious moment were r to be taken, or voted squarely on the wrong side. .It will be safe to search out these men, expose them to their constituent, and prevent them from being again nominated and elected.
