street was found to have been burglariously

ing facts: The thieves find endeavored to
gain access to the yard by boring through the

ation, and mext, have required considerable
time and labor. Ithving gained, the-yard , the
thieves entered the shop by cutting a hole

reaching through wrenched off the padlock
