Mr. histokavoy keeps a licensed Buena in East
Liberty. The defendants in the Bret case, (one

into Ms tavern and drank once. Afterwards, a
controversy wan started about a boarder seat by
. defendants to . Mr . Measvoy, for whose
charges it was alleged Calaway was to be re
'pounds.' In the course of the dispute, both
defeat - dents became beisterans, using profanity
and other opprobrious language, and hisoavoy
requested them to leave his premises. 14ton

Sea Lieu Hotel, with obtaining board under false
pretences. Subsequently suits were entered
, against him by the proprietors of the National
