tried 'en an Indictment for manslaughter. On
the 7th of Marsh, he had stabbeda boy with a
Shoemaker's awl, no that he died. The act woe
'committed in a boyish quarrel, in which the de
ceased was the aggressor ; and it did not mean
that Miller meant to kill, or even seriously to
harm him. The Sury,:however, found him guilty
in the fourth degree, thud he was sentenced to
the Sense of Befoge, for Juvenile 1) elinqu'enta,
where he may remain till ho is twenty-one yearn
of age, unless sooner dismissed by the manager°
of that Institution. _.
