This district of our sister city is already extensively improved with its magnifi cent mansions and grounds of `Pittsburgh busi ness men, 'who have chosen there, for its beauty of - location; purity of air, and convenience of no- Oen. These completed improvements, devoting it to the elegances of life, have secured it in all the future against the intrusion of manufacture or trade; within ten minutes walk from the Alle gheny end of the bridge the, whole route is a continuous attecession of beautiful views and highly onitivated private grounds, making it one or the pleasantest promenades in the cities, the charm of which will be entire when the elegant wire alspeosion bridge will have displaced the old w odon structure aver the Allegheny. The lots a e of various BiZe9 to suit purchasers in their different architectural designs; all of them fronting on r.,0 feet streets or on the West Com mon. -- Ridge street, the southern boundary of these lots, promises to be the most magnificent avenue that leads through Allegheny, opening into the Ohio river, and presenting lovely glimp ses of the whole valley, with the crowning hills iu the distance.
