or Ibe use of any other person such properly, or
any part (hereof, he shall be guilty of mimic*

any power of attorney for the sale or transfer of
any property shall fraudulently sell or transfer, 1-

thereof, to his own use or benefit, he shall be

I'hero was an officer named Congreve in the
British army, distinguished for his inventive lal
cots, which bo applied to the mocbanfcnl arts.

now bears his name, and was first trsed at the

There was an Karl of Sandwich in the Kuglish
Admirably, at the time when Captain James
Cook circumnavigated the globe. Out of com
pliment to him, the Sandwich Islands were so
named. This nobleman used to carry in his
