accident yesterday morning, and held an inqcest

seem to indicate that his name was Petlok Ry
an. He is a railroad laborer, from appearance.,
A quart flask was found in ono of his pockets;
and his body had a very strong smell of whisky up
on it,rendering it probable that•he was intoxicated
when the accident occurred. Ile was walking
upon the track a short distance this side of Prin
ton's Etation, and the triin was corning around
a bend down grade. when he was diedovered.—
