consummated between Ida daughter and the heir
of a haughty family , must ha broken off. The
father's prayers prevail, and in a pieta of very
-effective Eating, Camille signifies her consent,
and prepares to break elf their connection.

The fifth, and to our liking the best cot, ends
Camille dying, in distress. The naturalness of
-Miss Heron's acting here is harrowing, and we
cannot do justice in thienotke. Armand's fath
er, hearing how. nobly Camille has acted, con
stants to 'the onion with Armand; he writes to
Armand, who returns. The scene between the
lovers is affecting; notwithstanding her joy at
his return, the disease cannot be stayed and she
idles. She is standing leaning upon Armand;
her pain ceases, and she falls back upon her

natural; and ono Is apt to dream of it.
Those who wish to see a fine piece of. acting
will cot neglect, the - occasion now offered to see
Miss Heron in this part. The old thestroloer
will regret that there is no longer a Brelatord—
he was unequalled for nobleness and simplicity
—to bo the Armand for Miss Heron's Camille.
