WAwru'e. FISSA.ND WATIKOOMPOISITION ROOP.
1210.—This roofing so popular In the Eastern and
Western Cities, is received by our citizens: ho
are judges of such mitten with the greest
favor. It is considered a decided improvement on
the gravel roofs, formerly used in this section of
country, and has been used on the beet buildlrigs
.erected in thts city during- the present season.
It has been aged on the fine stone front building
just: emoted - by Mr. Maurice Huns, Stitithfield
street, near Fourth; also on the liosnew build
ing An Fifth street, and on the Warehouse erect
ed by Capi O'Hara Denny, Third street, below
Marke4 -besides many other first ohm buildings
in this city anCtilsgheay._ The Messrs War
ren dispense with the fire wall which rum above
the roof, where a similar roof hos been used, and
let their roofing entirely cover the wall, shereby
most effectually preserving the wails from the
pelting storm. The finish is fire proof and
rim
This roofing is best adapted, when a fiat roof
' is required, bat these gentlemen are not confined
to flat roofs in their operation, ae, for instance,
seine parts of the Duquesne Depot, which is a
"circulaeroof," hsving,a,fall of about six inches
to the foot, and yet the roof is without fault—.
The !desire. Warren do not confine their bug-,
news to the city merely but see doing work in the
surrounding towns sad country. The - .quality
and cheapnessof this roofing highly recommends
it.
These wishing roofing will doubtless (I'ed it to
