ings; and as the resell of my reflections I have
come to the iancluidon that the members of the
Order ire under no Oindim obligation to vote the
ticket that Las. just been proclaimed the ticket
of the order. I may vote. a part of the ticket,
bet I certainly atoll not you the whole of it. To

therefore does not bind me to vote for • man
