pear to have been the work of an organised

BALTIXORZ, Septenther &—The Norfolk host
brings tidings of s decrethe in 'the number of
deaths, and also that the new cases are easier
managed than previously. Twenty-three deaths
had occurred on Thursday at Norfolk, Including

but it is rumored that the number was about
