Tabery, on oath of Jahn W. McCully. Kemp
is a young man of sixteen years. The preface

"turned a verdict of "not guilty" without leaving

The brig Two Friends could furnish no relief,
and the water gaining on them, they believed it
impossible to carry her into port. Hence her

holes.
