and evening, which give Clark 104 of a majority,
taking the footings up of Cie Tunes as a bails of

NEW Tong, Nov. 15.—The Times of this
morning, with the of f icial returns of 23countiv.,
figured up a majority for Clark of 247. We
have since received official returns of 19 addi
tional cormties, which, upon the basis of the
Timcs,will give Clark a majority of 895.

as to the capability-of the Bank to sustain itself

chanics' and. Traders' •Sauk, caused increased
