This boy had broken the rules of the school by
bringing cheitnuts and diatributing them among

Ward drew a knife. Mr. Sturgis came out of his

soon came out again, and Robert advanced to- '
wards him with a knife, and Mr. Sturgis run,
back into his, room and made his absence out of
the windont.

Beller, Ward spoke loud and Butler low. There
was no person present except the scholars and
Mr. Sturgis., The pistol seemed to stick in the
- wound, and Mr.. Butler knocked it out after he
got up. - Me. Butler stepped bate Mr. Sturgis'
room, and finding nobody theta came out and
passed out of the school room; I took Iris arm as
