grown' out of the suspension of Mr. Henry
Dwight, Jr. of this City. The Bank of Owep
yea prematiarely reported broke in one of - the
Bank Tote Lista on Friday efternoon, and the

though contradicted, it led to the afoul of the
notes by part of the City Bankers. The Bank
of Owego is a safety Fund wooers, with a capi
