travelling certificate. Also- recommending the
passage of a law preventing nin•away-apprenti
oes from obtainiug work. Also, the adoption of
the resolution for a fond for the benefit of local
Unions in canes of emergency.

frequent strikes':

Resolved, That the whole-hearted and gener
ous treatment received by the non resident mem
bers of• this - Union from their fellow-crefamen,

hospitality of the Printers of Pittsburgh.
The Vice Presidents elect, Misers. McCourtazy
and ALLHAOGH, were presented and the oath ad

After the 'ceremony hsd been coneluded, the
members from the various Unions expressed
their gratification at the unanimity of the action
of the members of the Union, and the muse of
the hospitality of the Pittsburghem, and spoke
with sorrow of thir approaching separation.—
