The trial of the case of the Commonwealth vs.
Samuel Clark, Oliver Clark, Robert Clark, David
Clark, and. Thos Magill, indictment riot, woe re
sumed this morning, and 'dragged its slow length'
along, ull day, It went to the jury a short time
before the Court adjourned.
A common case of assault and battery was
taken up next.
