The bill was then taken up on second rending, and the neveml sections agreed to as far as the thirteenth. Mr. Crabb moved to amend that section by re ducing the ntimber of judges in the first judicial district, from four to three; which was agreed to by a vote of yeas 22, nays S. Mr. Crabb moved also to amend by increasing the salaries of the judges of the diStrict court to $2,600, which, after having been amended on motion of Mr. Packer by striking out $2,600 and inserting $2,500, was agreed to. Mr. Konigmacher moved to increase the sala ry in the Lancaster district to $2,000 per annum, which was not agreed to, yeas 10, nap; 20. A Goan Borixess.—The buliness of the PAts burgh and Cleveland Railroad has increased so rapidly as to render necessary already an addi tional Passenger Car.
