In the case of commonwealth vs.
Jacob F. Dymond, larceny by bailee, a
verdict of not guilty was taken on
Tuesday. There was a question of Jur
isdiction In the case which It' Is doubt
ful If a conviction could be sustained.
The case had been tried at a previous
term of court.
Commonwealth vs. Willard Durllng,
Snmuel Durllng, and Henry Brady, de
fendants, pleaded guilty to larceny and
receiving, nnd Willard Durllng was sen-'
tenced to a term of two years In East
ern penitentiary, and tho others to Im
prisonment In Huntingdon reformatory.
They were nccused of robbing cars In
the Lehigh Valley yards t this place.
Commonwealth vs. Daniel Dornslfe,
burglary, grand jury find a true bill,
nnd case continued to next court 'of
oyer and terminer.
Commonwealth vs. Luther Hurvev,
assault nnd battery, defendant con
victed and sentenced suspended on ac
count of youth and previous good char
acter. Commonwealth vs. J. W. Billings,
sellings liquor without a license, bill
ignored, county to pay costs.
Commomvenlth vs. airs. Jackson
Rosengrnnt, assault and battery, de
fendant tried and convicted, sentence
to be imposed on Thursday.
The court made an order at this
term that a new index should be made
for the will dockets In the office of the
register of wills, the old Index book
being in a dilarildated condition.

divorce, Issued awarded to respondent,
as prayed for.
On application of Silas F. Smith, the
llcenscfor the Llsk hotel at Factory
